3. Data Collected
We collect the data you provide directly through the contact or quote request forms on our website (https://countxbanat.ro). This data includes: full name, company/business name, email address, phone number, entity type (e.g., LLC, Sole Proprietorship), required services, and any other information you choose to include in your message. We also automatically collect technical data transmitted upon form submission: browser type (User Agent), device type (mobile/desktop), selected language, source URL, UTM parameters (campaign source), timestamp, and a session identifier (Session ID). For security and spam prevention, we perform technical checks on the device (honeypot, completion time) that do not generate stored personal data. When the form is submitted, we also retain confirmation of the data-processing consent, the consent text displayed, the language and policy route used, and the date and time when the request was submitted.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to respond to quote requests, for pre-contractual communication, and to ensure the functioning and security of the site. The legal basis (pending validation) is the pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in protecting our site.
5. Data Recipients
Your data may be accessed by our IT, hosting, and CRM service providers, who act as data processors and are obligated to maintain data confidentiality and security. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.
6. Retention Period
We keep your data only as long as necessary to respond to your request or to comply with legal obligations. Specific retention criteria are currently being defined and approved.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP - www.dataprotection.ro). 8. Data Security and Automated Decision-Making
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
9. Third-Party Embedded Content (Google Maps)
The Contact page includes Google Maps content that loads only after an explicit action by the visitor. When the map is activated or the external link is opened, Google may receive and process technical data such as the IP address and device or browser information under its own policies. COUNTX does not automatically load the map before this action.
